1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shute St. Studio website and the purchase of products offered by S.E. Painting Services, LLC, d/b/a Shute St. Studio, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company located at 256 Shute Street, Suite 14, Everett, MA 02149, USA. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, pigment load, and lightfastness ratings where applicable. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention measures.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Everett, Massachusetts studio, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shute St. Studio is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Opened paint tubes, used brushes, and mounted canvases may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact sepanta.k@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Product photography and Color Mood Finder swatches shown on this website represent approximate paint colors as rendered on digital displays. Actual paint colors may vary due to screen calibration, monitor settings, and the inherent characteristics of pigment-based media. We recommend testing new colors before committing to a full piece.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product photography, text, branding, and design elements, is the property of Shute St. Studio or its licensors and is protected under applicable U.S. intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shute St. Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
